I was never informed that the sneakers I ordered online were out of stock. Waited weeks for delivery and was charge on my credit card but there were no sneakers being shipped to me. I should have been notified they wete not on their way. Will never shop at Zumiez again.

Your Lubbock employee ethen was very rude not to mention followed right behind when we were shopping . Couldn't even enjoy my shopping. Believe me i have plenty to spend. Will never come back to this store. They ( 3 employees) never greeted but they were quick to follow you. My visit was around 330 pm Sunday.

Shopped at my local Zumies and had an okay experience.. except the employee checking out my clothes made some inappropriate remarks about my preferences. Felt like I was being ridiculed for my taste and now I look to see if that employee is there before I enter.

Your employees are lazy, dont do thier jobs and just sit on thier *** while customers are needing assistance. They could not answer any questions efficiently and did not offer to build the skateboard I bought for my son. The trainee was made to work the register and started a confrontation with the other employee. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
