The customer service seems to be run by under age or under devoloped adult people.

The customer service is rude and do not understand the issue when I explained to them in writing in 4 emails. and told me they do not have access to tracking!!!

The issue was the tracking of the item purchased from Zumiez does not work and when the iI received a message stating was delivered to me, the message did not indicate where it was delivered to me is it my address or to the store?

And I did not receive any photos or delivery updates from the driver or by the tracking.

I did NOT receive a message or email regarding where the item was delivered and if it is ready for me to pick up and where to pick it up with the phone number. and I did not receive a CALL WHEN MY ITEM WAS READY TO PICK UP. I tried to explain this issue to the customer service so they can fix it for me and for the other shopper, I got an insult from the customer service who did not understand the issue in 4 explanations emails.

The following are the Email messages between myself and the ZIMIEZ CUSTOMER SERVICE. You be the judge: is this a customer service or kids chatting.

--After I placed my order, I received this Email message Stating they will CALL ME: when my order is ready to pick up

Thanks for your order!

Here is the info you need:

We will call you when your order has arrived and is ready for pick-up! Order [laced Nov 23, 2023, 8:27:33 AM

--- 5 days later Because the tracking of the item at ZUMIEZ.COM DOES NOT WORK. I sent this email to the customer service:

Why I am not able to track my order?

Your company does not allow tracking.

When I do, I get this message:

Woah, Cool!

Your package is going to be hand-delivered by a local Zumiez employee. It will be at your door within 4-8 business days.

Not home?

No worries! We'll leave your package in a safe place.

Here's what may be different than your normal carrier experience:You won't have live tracking (at this time), but plan on receiving your package within 4-8 business days.You will get text message updates on the day of your delivery. This will allow open communication between you and your driver, up

until your package is delivered.Your driver will probably have a cool fit on.

2 of my Packages was delivered and stolen

Zumiez was the only place I could find an XL DC Slayer hoodie. So I ordered it, not a problem at all.

I was told that it would come FedEx and that was when everything went sour. Zumiez is an awesome take care of ya company, however FedEx is far from it. Give this dude Eric a raise that took care of this and took my order because I explained to him of how FedEx lost my packages so many times in the past and has been nothing but bad. So awesome Eric sent me another hoodie express and he put my phone number and directions for the FedEx guy to follow them.

Now however I never knew this but I didn't realize that if you don"t know how to read or follow simple directions you could work for FedEx. When the package was said to be delivered the FedEx person sent a picture of the package on someone else's porch and never received a phone call from FedEx. Very highly pissed off with FedEx. Zumiez ain't never gonna believe this happened again but when I called to explain this all over again good ol awesome Eric answered the phone and apologized for what happened but I told him it ain't any off our faults, it's FedEx.

We realized there is a Zumiez 30 miles from my house, so he expressed shipped me Slayer hoodie to the store because it is so much more rest assured that when I go to store to pick it up it will be there.

Zumiez has great customer service and takes care of your orders. Like I said, give ol awesome Eric a raise for making sure that I got what I paid for.

Hello, I recently redeemed rewards for 3 items and only received 1. The order numbers I havent received are 110689**** and 110688****. I tried looking these orders up through the tracking information and they are stating that they are not valid. If the orders are still on their way and got separated from the others, thats fine. But I wanted to make sure nothing happened as it seems weird that I cant look them up anymore and I got one of the items.

Worst Customer Service

I ordered a product 4 days ago. Today, I checked my account and 2 charges are made to my credit card for the same amount.

Its been 4 days, 2 weekend and 2 business days. NO tracking number supplied. When asked, they stated that an employee when drive and hand deliver the product to the resident. Asked when should i expected it?

Their response, in total, 2 weeks max! I asked if i can cancel, they responded no because the order has already been submitted in to the system. BUT, the product has yet to make it to deliver service. Wait!

They just stated that the product will be driven by an employee and hand delivered!. Product is still at their location and sitting, I cant cancel, I get charged twice, not tracking info, Very poor business practice.

Customer service questions

I was discriminated against. While inside of one of your stores, while trying to buy clothes. Security was called for no reason. I was escorted from the store and from the property. It was embarrassing and humiliating.

Double charger

We purchased a large amount in clothes and we inserted the card, it was declined and we tried again and now our card was charger twice. Now we have 2 charger on only one purchase, Im sure it was a glitch in the system if we can please resolve this ASAP. Thank you. Jadahmrodriguez@***.com

Lost Package

Ordered 12/15. Shipped 12/16. Contacted Zumiez 12/21 - no answers. Tracking # showed it was in FedEx facility San Jose (15 miles away) on 12/20. Called FedEx. Have to contact Zumiez to start search for lost packet. Did that around 12/31. No response from Zumiez or FedEx.

Zumiez - Customer Service
I purchased a pair of SPY glasses at a local store and they came damaged. The store didn't want them returned cause they were damaged. I never took them out of the box until I was gonna wear them and lens had a HUGE scratch. I tried reaching to customer service but they are no help. I provided all the information requested. Never buy from them again.
