Came in your store on a scooter with my blue jacket on the handle bars stayed in the store for a few minutes talk to employees asked one of them for discount military discount and talked to lady employee we left the store in about 10 to 15 minutes.passed maybe 5 stores then mall security approaches me i thought i was getting punked or hidden tv bit he was serious we go back to a full store and he thought it was there product you should have looked at your cameras or asked employees he didn't want to give me his name but he was the manager.

THEY CALLED ME “HEY JOSÉ” IN A VERY RACIST AND INSULTING WAY CAUSE THEY HAD REFERRED ME TO MY NAME BEFORE. AFTER ALL, I HAD TO PAY THE FEE AND NOW THE SHOE COMES IN A WRONG SIZE!!

I was going to try on a few shirts and had a little back pack that i wanted to buy and the guy counted my clothes and said i couldn’t bring the bag and so i gave it to him and then i came out and he counted my clothes again and said also about that bag were you trying to steal it, i said no and they said i think u were. i was just trying to try on clothes i didn’t steal it. he then made the rest of my visit bad. and yelled at my friend not to try on a hat.

Paid extra for expedited shipping just to have my items delivered in the time span of their standard free shipping. Ridiculous, Zumies should NOT offer an option for expedited shipping if they cannot come through with it. Basically just taking your money for no reason. I was with my family getting a custom skateboard built for my younger cousin. An employee named Andrew was very kind and helpful and was helping assemble the board, but kept being called to do other things by the district manager named Danny, who did nothing but stand at the door and talk to other employees who were also doing nothing. There were plenty of other available employees, so we don’t see why he couldn’t have called them instead of Andrew, who was busy working with us. Because of that, we were there longer than we should have been.
