Zumiez - Customer Care Review
I purchased a pair of old school vans for my wife for her birthday. I was worried they would be to small.
The associates told me as long as we kept our receipt, we coul d exchange or return them. Of course they were to small, so I went to exchange them at a different Zumiez cuz i knew the one i went to originally not have the shoes in her size. Well, neither store would allow me to return, exchange, the shoes. I spoke to a store manager that was very rude and disrespectful.
In my opinion, i believe she was showing off in front of other employees. When I asked why they could/would not exchange them, i was told there was a sticker missing from the Van's Box.
What kind of nonsense is this? Now i am stuck with a pair of shoes that no one can wear.
