Came in your store on a scooter with my blue jacket on the handle bars stayed in the store for a few minutes talk to employees asked one of them for discount military discount and talked to lady employee we left the store in about 10 to 15 minutes.passed maybe 5 stores then mall security approaches me i thought i was getting punked or hidden tv bit he was serious we go back to a full store and he thought it was there product you should have looked at your cameras or asked employees he didn't want to give me his name but he was the manager.

I was with my family getting a custom skateboard built for my younger cousin. An employee named Andrew was very kind and helpful and was helping assemble the board, but kept being called to do other things by the district manager named Danny, who did nothing but stand at the door and talk to other employees who were also doing nothing. There were plenty of other available employees, so we don’t see why he couldn’t have called them instead of Andrew, who was busy working with us. Because of that, we were there longer than we should have been.

Terrible Store management | Zumiez

The manager of the baybrook zumiez in friendswood, TX is a disgrace to the similes brand. I went in for an interview and was immediately insulted upon asking a question regarding interview times. He called me psychotic and told me to I needed to see a therapist because I asked the question, "why weren't we informed of a time change for interview" he made the claim that it was not the responsibility to inform employees that interview times change.

*** everywhere working there no matter what time of day it is. Every time I walk in they just stare me down and don't even offer to help me or greet me. They literally sit on their *** and do nothing but talk to each other in the back. Then they mess with you and judge you. I would actuslly buy their stuff if the people who worked there weren't such ***. Idk who the hiring manager is but they keep hiring people who don't do their job. They only talk to their friends that just so happen to come into the store and look at you like you aren't even a factor. The girls are pretentious, superficial, and dress like hoochie mamas. She literally had crop top on, booty shorts, and a beanie (mind you its hot af in fl and the outfit made no sense) to work. One of the other times he manager was down my throat trying to force me to buy *** every minute and even said "are you going to buy something or not". That made me not want to buy anything. I hate Zumies, I really do, they have cool stuff but it's not worth it because of the *** *** they hire. They are super rude and judgemental. There was only one manager lady that I liked and had lots of tatoos on her arm and short dyed hair. She was amazing and would joke along with us, she welcomed everyone and wasn't judgemental or pressured up into buying. Idk where she went but I hope she got a better job. Walking into that store literally makes me want to slap a ***. Excuse my language but thats just how bad it is in there. Never shopping in there again.This is at the Coral Square Mall location in FL. This store is worse than Hollister, and that's saying a lot because Hollister has some prissy, stuckup,self entitled *** working there. I'm always checking once in a while to see if they got better people working there so maybe I can shop but there never is, it just gets worse. Last time they were in a little circle talking loud and cussing up a storm.

also the cashier was GMO0663 and this happened 08/08/15 invoice: 79650...both the cashier and the assistant manager were extremely rude. and i mean extrememly. i can't emphasize that enough.

Went in for a complete and got the 100 dollar deal and the guy wouldn't even let me choose my stuff without breathing down my neck then kept rushing me because they were ''too busy'' and was extremely rude and called me a ''***'' i'm not black but i still that's rude and out of context, especially when you're already being rude. Then once i checked out the total came out to be 101.99 (which is a reasonable amount) then they added 8.41 in tax (on tax free day) then the total came out to be 110.40 somehow. i'm extremely disappointed because i don't just get *** handed to me, i have to work hard for what i get. Then the assistant manager this fat tub of lard had the nerve to threaten to call security on me because i calmly called him out on his ***. keep in mind i never raised my voice, called anyone any names, or was rude at all in anyway. these are the type of *** that are in the skateboarding industry. or as he told me a "chain corporation"....keep skaters in the industry if you don't wanna run into problems. also, don't rush a paying customer out especially when they are most likely paying more than any other customer. I told him it was kind of skate shop etiquette to let someone set up their board in shop. to which he lashed out: "well i can't have someone over there watching you setup your board cuz we are too busy." (as if i'm gonna be stealing *** after i pay over 100 bucks for a *** board.) i obviously have money and that's besides the point. *** zumiez never shopping there again after this ***.

On July 24,2015 my boyfriend and I walked into to Zumiez to look for some rebel 8 socks, unfortunately we didn't find any so we were going to leave, as we were leaving Zumiez we got stopped and were accused of being with a young girl girl who was stealing from the store. We got surrounded by 1 manager and 3 sales associates . They accused me of talking to the young girl which I can quote "oh so you guys weren't talking like you didn't know each other" said a female associate. My boyfriend and I responded by saying that we've never seen or talked to her, we don't even know her. I even offered the manager to check my bag. I just don't think that was right at all. We felt disrespected because we shop at zumiez all the time. I work at the galleria Tyler mall in riverside , and that's were I was accused of being a part of something that I wasn't in. We just walked out at the wrong time. I will no longer be shopping at zumiez at the galleria Tyler mall in riverside.

Wouldn't return bookbag | Zumiez

I went to Zumiez in Langhorne, PA at Oxford Valley mall to return a backpack I had bought from them. I had previously spoken to an employee on the phone who said that even though the backpack was about a week over the 30 day policy, I would still get my cash back. When I went into the store, the story changed. I could only receive store credit. I told the manager that one of her employees had said I could get cash back, to which she responded "well, they're not the store manager, I am." And said it rudely, acting as though she's all high and mighty with her $10/hr salary. Now, this behavior MAY have been excusable for a t shirt that one could easily wear then return, but a BACKPACK that was not used, had tags still attached, and I had a receipt for, especially knowing darn well that they would resell it for full retail price since back to school is coming up? Unacceptable. Next time they should tell their dumb employees to know their return policy BEFORE they provide someone with wrong information. Now I'm stuck with a backpack that I do not like or want.
